QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

a. Ph.D from a recognized University in Fisheries, Marine or Fresh Water Biology.
b. M.Sc. atleast in Second Division from a recognized University in Marine or Fresh
Water Biology having atleast Three (03) years experience in fisheries management or research.

04 POSTS OF ASSISTANT DIRECTOR FISHERIES BPS-17 (02 RURAL, 02 URBAN)
AGE: MIN: 21, MAX: 30 YEARS
QUALIFICATION:
M.Sc in Fisheries or Zoology (with specialization in Marine or Fresh Water Biology) atleast in Second
Division from a recognized University.

01 POST OF TECHNICAL OFFICER BPS-17 (RURAL) AGE: MIN: 21, MAX: 30 YEARS
QUALIFICATION:
Atleast 2nd Class Master’s Degree from a recognized University in Fisheries/Marine or Fresh Water Biology
or Zoology with specialization in any of the aforesaid field.

01 POST OF BIOLOGIST BPS-17 (URBAN) AGE: MIN: 21, MAX: 30 YEARS
QUALIFICATION:
Atleast 2nd Class Master’s Degree from a recognized University in Fisheries/Marine or Fresh Water Biology
or Zoology with specialization in any of the aforesaid field.

04 POSTS OF ASSISTANT BIOLOGIST BPS-16 (02 RURAL, 02 URBAN) 
AGE: MIN: 21, MAX: 30 YEARS
QUALIFICATION:Atleast 2nd Class Master’s Degree from a recognized University in Fisheries/Marine or Fresh Water Biology
or Zoology with specialization in any of the aforesaid field.

02 POSTS OF ASSISTANT BIOCHEMIST BPS-16 (01 RURAL, 01 URBAN)

QUALIFICATION:Atleast 2nd class Master’s Degree in Biochemistry.

QUALIFICATION:
i. BCS atelast 2nd Division from a recognized University/
OR
ii. Bachelor’s Degree atleast 2nd Div. from a recognized University with Diploma in
Computer Science from a recognized Institute by the Board of Technical Education, Sindh.

B) AGRICULTURE DEPARTMENT

QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s degree in Agriculture Statistics or Statistics or Economics with major subject
Statistics at least Second division from a recognized University.

NOTE:
Those candidates who have applied in response to Consolidated Advertisement No. 04/2011
dated: 23.09.2011 for the post of Statistical Officer BPS-17 in Agriculture Department, need
not to apply again.

C) CULTURE & TOURISM DEPARTMENT

QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s Degree atleast Second division from a recognized University with at least three (03) years Experience
in Culture, Promotion administration or Profession Research or Supervision or Planning and
Development.

NOTE:
Those candidates who have applied in response to this Commission’s consolidated advertisement
No: 08/2009, dated 12.11.2009 are required to apply afresh and submit original receipt and
Photostat copy of already deposited challan. They need not pay the additional fee.
